Our mission

A gap that repeats. A response that endures.

The real cost of educating a child in Venezuela exceeds what most families can afford. One-time donations help, but they don’t last. Our model is different: we invest the capital, spend only the returns, and fund education year after year — without ever touching the principal.

i.

We receive.

Donors contribute to the endowment. Every gift is tax-deductible and protected by the Trust’s founding deed.

ii.

We invest.

Capital is invested prudently and grows tax-free. The principal is never spent — only the returns are.

iii.

We educate.

Annual returns fund partner schools in Venezuela — covering meals, healthcare, and an integral formation.

The scholarship didn’t just pay for school — it was the push I needed to prove that, despite everything, I could move forward.

Why a Trust

A commitment that renews itself.

The Trust is irrevocable, fiduciary, and perpetual. The endowment is legally segregated from any creditor or private interest. Every dollar contributed enters a legal architecture designed to outlive its founders — and to keep educating children who haven’t yet been born.
